Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Defense Group is seeking a migration project manager to lead migrations in support of our Defense Enclave Services (DES) program. You will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies. The DES program supports a highly demanding mission and requires support to provide expert technical and professional management support to DISA enterprise Information Technology (IT) services.
You will be working in support of a large and complex IT consolidation, migration, and modernization effort towards a Single Service Provider model that provides sustainment, maintenance, Problem and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of the Department of Defense networks and services.
Oversee and coordinate migration planning activities while monitoring and managing risks.
Staff and lead DAFA migration teams with individuals certified in a standardized migration approach that maintains a mission-first focus that minimizes risks.
Work across team members to document migration lessons learned for continual improvement of future migration activities.
Works closely with Operations, DAFA Migration Leads, Mission Assurance Officers (MAOs), and Mission Integrity Teams (MITs) as part of migration change and release planning and execution.
Develop resource loaded project schedules and managing the tasks, dependencies, and risks in order to deliver migration project on time and within budget.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team across diverse IT skillsets and foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment
Brief and present project plans to key stakeholders.
Identify automation opportunities to drive improved service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of experience or Master’s degree with 7-12 years of experience, additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience planning and executing large/complex IT migrations and consolidations
Experience with discovery, event management and ITSM tools
In-depth understanding of cloud and network topologies, both transport and IP
Must hold a current Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance
Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information
Familiarization of DISA, DOD regulations, and directives

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
