Job Summary
Leidos’s Airborne Solutions Operations has an immediately opening for a COMSEC Account Lead supporting multiple government programs.  The COMSEC Lead performs the functions and responsibilities of securing equipment, materials, and information relating to COMSEC.

Primary Responsibilities
A successful candidate will possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge Communication Security, key tasks, and high impact assignments. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
They will maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Company, and the external security professionals. The candidate will interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Other duties will be performed as necessary with some possible travel and overtime required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
Update and maintain the SOPs for COMSEC activities.
Maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and EKMS Disposition forms.
Administer initial briefings and debriefings to individual users for all COMSEC related subjects.
Complete required NSA COMSEC training within the required performance timelines.
Programming and local distribution of COMSEC devices to include but not limited to; Secure Telephone Equipment (STE), Sectera vIPer Universal Secure phone, SKLs, and network encryptor solutions (i.e. TACLANEs).
The order, receipt, loading and management of crypto keying material using devices such as the Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices as necessary.
•Establish a comprehensive user training program
•Ensure installation compliance with COMSEC requirements
•Complete audits and inventories/Aid in drafting, reviewing and implementing of security program governance documentation e.g. policies, procedures, and Standard Practice Procedures manuals
•Execute security programs for personnel, physical, industrial, and information systems in support of collateral and Sensitive Comparted Information (SCI) activities in accordance with customer requirements
•Implement policies, procedures and government documentation for closed areas storing information and computer systems at collateral and SCI levels
•Participates in security self-assessments and Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency Continuous Monitoring Events and Security Reviews
•Maintain access control systems including badging, access granting and escorting
•Prepare locations and vet attendees for sensitive/classified meetings
•Maintaining accountability of classified documents for program personnel, receiving and transmitting large volumes of classified media, and other document control tasks

Basic Qualifications
High School or 3 -5 years of related experience
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Knowledge of security specialties, concepts, principles, criteria, requirements, technology, and practices
Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements
Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately
Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with co-workers and customers contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with COMSEC Management
Working knowledge of the Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal processes    

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $78,000.00 - $105,300.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Covid Guidance
