Leidos is actively interviewing for a Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) Curriculum Developer/Instructor to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.
This candidate will be responsible for performing Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) supporting the Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC) program in order to document, develop, and instruct the operational use of PMA-281 developed TPS software.
This position will be responsible for developing and updating curriculum for the TMPC Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) Mission Route Planning course at the schoolhouse and developing and updating curriculum and instructing the TMPC Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) Mission Route Planning for other customers. The position will also be responsible for updating TPS and Job Qualification Requirements (JQR) materials supporting TMPC. This will consist of ensuring that the manuals reflect the latest technical capability and operational performance standards. Additional tasking may include conducting system testing, site acceptance testing supporting installations of software, and reviewing other material that is supported by TPS and weaponeering knowledge and experience.
The successful candidate will be a member of a development and training team but expected to work independently and in accordance with published schedules. Extensive Liaison with Fleet and other contractor staff members to solicit input and review the status of the qualification manuals as they are developed is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 3 – 5 years directly applicable practical experience.
The successful candidate will have a previous certification as a TLAM Planning System- Mission Planner with experience in weaponeering for TLAM target sets.
Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $89,000.00 - $120,150.00
