This opportunity is associated with our Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Range (AEWTTR) Program. The successful candidate will perform a range of duties related to Material Requisition, Purchase Card Transactions, Government Property Control, Facilities Management, and Administrative Support.

Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:
In conjunction with and under functional direction of the Purchasing and Administrative Team Lead, the following duties are designated:
Material Requisition Duties: Place and process Material Requisitions utilizing the Ridgecrest MR system; Create Purchase Requisitions in Costpoint; Work with Vendors to determine prices, quantities, and delivery schedules; Receive materials; Process Invoices for approval; Allocate Bank Transactions; Process Accounts Payable; Prepare MR Reports for the Financial Manager; Process RMAs.
Purchase Card Duties: Place authorized PC orders; Reconcile PC transactions; Track and ensure payments are completed; Support PM with Audits and Approvals.
Government Property Control: Tag and track purchased Government Property; Maintain Procurement Records; Support Government Property Audits; Conduct Government Property self-audits; Maintain Government Property Manual; Prepare Shippers for outgoing material and secure signed Shippers; Prepare Shipping Labels and provide notification of outgoing shipments; Enter Shipping information in to MR database.
Facilities Management: Coordinate Work Orders to address Facilities’ issues (equipment, landscaping, fencing, etc.); Coordinate Facilities maintenance and janitorial services; Coordinate service, repair, fueling, and registration of Company vehicles.
Administrative Support Duties: Prepare MR reports for the Financial Manager; Consolidate and report Invoices for PM approval; Examine/correct Employee Expense Reports and present to PM for approval.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education – To Land This Gig You’ll Need:
High School diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience related to some/all of the following: Materials Requisition, Purchase Card Transactions, Property Control, Facilities Management, and Administrative Support.
Requires demonstrated skills effectively using MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education – Favorable if you have:
Associates Degree and/or college level coursework in Accounting and Business.
Pay Range:Pay Range $29,900.00 - $46,000.00 - $62,100.00
