Leidos currently has an opening for a Policy Analyst supporting our DoD customer. Individual will perform a wide range of analysis related to data management, knowledge management and Security Cooperation planning and operations functions involving Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Explosive (CBRNE) policy studies and projects. Individual will produce products on behalf of defense agency related to security cooperation requirements and utilize DoD and agency-developed information management systems, as well as SharePoint, to complete taskings.
Primary Responsibilities
The individual will be required to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of seniority in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and other DoD agencies, Combatant Commands, Services, and other governmental agencies.
The individual must serve as a source of recognized operational and technical expertise to the client able to make strategic connections between missions, organizations and programs.
Participates with senior civilian and military managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Works at the customer site in a liaison role facilitating technical direction to a group of diverse personnel working on system development of information technology tools and producing work products for the customer.
Works on complex problems and ensures project deliverables meet senior level corporate standards of the Defense Agency.
Formulates and develops advanced strategic concepts.
Establish and maintain appropriate interfaces with key external reporting systems. Will also support the integration of authoritative data into external reporting systems (e.g. Socium, C2IE, etc.).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
An active DoD Secret Clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret.
Excellent written and oral communication and skills
Experience in knowledge management, data analytics, and information technologies
Strong knowledge of Combating WMD policy and guidance, Joint Publication and Doctrine.
Adept staffing skills, the ability to confidently and credibly develop and execute presentations at high levels.
Work independently with minimal oversight
Knowledge in the area of security cooperation with an emphasis on the planning process
Demonstrated experience in the establishment of positive and productive work relationship with clients based on individual level of expertise, quality of work, personality, and ability to deliver the desired product.
Quantitative and qualitative analytic and technical skills related to senior level CBRNE and Combating WMD requirements for OSD, the Joint Staff, Defense Agencies, CCMDs the Services, other Federal Departments and Agencies.
Candidate must have a current active Secret clearance to be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Formal military training in joint operations or CBRN.
Familiarity with Global Theater Security Cooperation Information Management System (G-TSCMIS
Clearance Required:
Requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
