NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network.

What You'll Get to Do:
Leidos is seeking a Computer Operations Lead to support End User delivery as one of the key members of the Seat Services team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the computer production environment, computer operation and maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Leads the computer imaging production environment.
•Assists with the onboarding and training of new imaging technicians.
•Maintains detailed records of all assets as well as step-by-step milestones of the imaging process.
•Manages and maintains databases for any and all classified computers.
•Assists in the creation user accounts.
•Track and report all production metrics.
•Track and report on specific services billing.
•Troubleshoots hardware and software issues in the production environment.
•Creates the computer production backlog.
•Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding order status.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
•High school diploma and 3-5 years of prior related work experience.
•US Citizen and an active DoD Secret Clearance.
•DOD 8570 Certification.
•Must demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
