Job Description:
The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking an individual with Project Scheduling experience to provide expertise in all aspects of the complete project management lifecycle, including assistance and recommendations to FAA management that directly affect the conduct and attainment of agency goals.
The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Central Service Area (CSA) Planning and Requirements Group (PRG) NAS Planning and Integration Team. This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas and is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the NISC mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviews, coordinates and prepares program correspondence and input for documents such as Program Management Plans (PMPs) and Program/Project documentation.
- Provide support in the review and verification of Corporate Work Plan (CWP) submissions.
- Provide appropriate documentation and support in planning and ensuring that programs adequately incorporate requirements for real estate and utilities, NAS facilities management and operations, telecommunications, spectrum management, In-Service Review (ISR), staffing and training requirements and configuration management (CM).
- Provide automation support for a variety of NAS modernization programs and projects.
- Provide support in the preparation and validation of applicable portions of F&E budget submissions, including justification, narrative, cost estimates and projects material lists.
- Review Project Authorization (PA), set up tracking and control programming.
- Reviews, coordinates and prepares program correspondence and input for documents such as Program Management Plans (PMPs) and Program/Project documentation.
- Provide support in the review and verification of Corporate Work Plan (CWP) submissions.
- Design and maintain financial database in direct support of various programs to ensure fiscal control of current funds.
- Maintain project schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
• Requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience or a combination of education, certifications and relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Experience with Primavera or MS Project
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
Desired qualifications:
Experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration or other government agency preferred
PMP Certification

Pay Range:
Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
