Leidos is seeking a Help Desk Specialist, contingent upon contract award, to join our Public Health Division in Atlanta, GA.
If you enjoy being a problem solver and assisting users to have access to a surveillance system, then this role is for you. You will fulfill a need for a customer service, self-motivated, and detail-oriented help desk support specialist in providing programmatic support to CDC subject matter experts, members and users at CDC.
Tier 1 - Helpdesk and User Support Service personnel will respond to inquiries sent to the Helpdesk In response to inquiries, provides user support regarding surveillance system access issues, users’ rights, enrollment and data entry. Identifies user/system issues requiring system modifications and prioritizes, escalates and contributes to response. Triage support tickets to subject matter experts Troubleshoots enrollment issues with surveillance system and access management systems Assist users with password resets and email/contact changes Answer questions about surveillance reporting deadline dates.
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
Work experience with MS Excel and MS Word and other Office products
Clear and concise verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance
Pay Range:Pay Range $44,200.00 - $68,000.00 - $91,800.00
