Leidos Defense Group is looking for a Cyber Operations Analyst to work on the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Cyberspaces Operations Forces’ (COF) program located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The COF mission is to provide Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) Operations, defensive cyber operations-internal defensive measures, and overall cyberspace operations in support of USTRANSCOM network systems and missions. The desired candidate will provide coordination and planning support for USTRANSCOM's Cyberspace Operations to include Cyberspace Protection Team (CPT) operations, cyberspace operations planning, joint training and readiness management, spectrum management, Satellite Communications (SATCOM) mission planning, survivable SATCOM operations, senior leader airborne communications support, and tactical communications projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of C4S and Cyberspace Operations to align with command guidance and current operations timelines
Assisting with development of DCO CONOPs aligned to cyberspace domain mission assurance requirements
Advising on integration of DCO and CPT capabilities to manage/mitigate operational risk resulting from cyberspace threats and vulnerabilities
Serving as TCJ6 focal point for reviewing, commenting on, and coordinating Government orders to align with organization led orders process
Maintaining knowledge of and advising on current National and DoD cyber policy, doctrine, guidance, instructions, and orders
Coordinating with Government planning stakeholders and authors
Drafting, coordinating, and submitting TCJ6 compliance reporting on assigned/tasked orders
Maintaining written records of TCJ6 Division and overall Directorate comments/responses to orders coordination
Accomplishing TCJ6 assigned joint planning tasks during real world and exercise/training events
Assisting development and maintenance of critical asset lists (CAL) and defended asset lists (DAL) to inform Cyberspace Operations planning
Developing draft Cyberspace Operations orders on behalf of Government representative
Developing and distributing written agendas to support critical meetings
Gathering, consolidating, and building BRE slide decks and content
Facilitating sessions to include briefing topics assigned by the BRE facilitator
Drafting and maintaining written Battle Rhythm Event (BRE) documentation
Documenting and disseminating written minutes, action items, and records
Coordinating event times and locations to include scheduling conference rooms and required GFE communications resources
Ability to support two (2) concurrent Government joint planning efforts per quarter
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, a Masters with less than 2 years, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI clearance
DoD 8570 Compliant to include IAM-I

Pay Range:
Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
