Job Description:
The NISC IV program at Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA System Operations Security Group. In this role, you will provide support to the FAA Systems Operations Security Group in addressing a broad range of management related functions, which enable the operations of the directorate.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the FAA by analyzing organizational business plan priorities to ensure that objectives are met. Ensure that directorate programs run within scope, time, and budget. Support the customer’s business management related functions, which enable the operations of the directorate. Support the formulation and prioritization of spend plans, monitoring and developing changes to the budget throughout the year. Manage organizational and leadership calendars around operational priorities. Assist in the tracking and identification of critical records and files. Develop portfolio reviews and other management support tools such as organizational briefing material. Provide technical support in developing briefings and data sheets that provide organizational updates and schedules. Other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a BA degree and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams .
- Ability to pass the FAA Public Trust Clearance Investigation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and compelling manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of FAA culture and organizational structure preferred.
- Knowledge of FAA operational planning requirements.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $52,650.00 - $81,000.00 - $109,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
