Leidos Health is seeking a Sr. Technical Engagement Leader to help support Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Records Modernization (VA EHRM) Program. This role will serve as technical liaison between Cerner and the client to ensure all targets and requirements are completed on schedule and within scope.
The Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Records Modernization (VA EHRM) Program at Leidos encompasses four primary areas: Project Management, Business Analysis and Documentation, Data Migration, and Program Management Office. Our mission is to support Cerner in implementing a modern electronic health records system for Veterans Affairs Medical Centers and clinics around the world. This new EHR, for one of the largest health systems in the world with over 9 million participants, will also integrate with the Department of Defense, US Coast Guard, and select community care providers who will have access to a veteran’s full health history. Additionally, an enhanced patient portal and new centralized scheduling are directly enhancing veterans’ interactions with their care. - Support large-scale and complex client go-live events and related efforts.
- Lead strategy and accountability for overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy approach.
- Maintain client relationships and facilitate day-to-day operations and communications.
- Responsible for successful client upgrades.
- Provide coordination and leadership to associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client project.
- Coach and mentor other technical engagement leaders.
- Immediate Program Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required and 10-15 years of experience.
Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
