Leidos is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to support a program aimed at deploying a new HR management system for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role be responsible for coordinating the onboarding, off boarding, and access requests with the client and internally.

This position requires the ability to obtain a National Agency Clearance and Inquiries (NACI) clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.

  • Manage all onboarding, off-boarding or access-request related standard operation procedures (SOPs), tracking documents, and communicating status reports to the client and to VBA project leadership.
  • Coordinate and collect all contract deliverables with the respective team leads and deliver to program leadership and to the client.
  • Coordinate initial onboarding activities including submitting personnel information and onboarding packets for the project kick-off event to the VBA project contracting officer representative (COR), overseeing timely finger-printing activity for team members, and coordinating VA Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) laptop requests Basic

Basic Qualifications

  • Results oriented and not afraid to take initiative, organized, innovative, resourceful, high-level integrity and ethics and sense of urgency to deliver quality services
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors
  • Ability to thrive in a faced paced agile environment
  • Experience with program or process improvement, including ability to assess, diagnose and design creative and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing to effectively interact with multiple teams both internal and external
  • Extreme attention to detail!
  • Experience with the following: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Collaboration and Conferencing Tools (MS Teams, Skype, Webex)
  • BA degree and 4 years of prior relevant experience with onboarding/offboarding staff, or PMO support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and identifying process gaps and improvements.
  • Experience in consulting to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or the healthcare industry
  • Holds VA Public Trust clearance
  • Direct experience with building and implementing onboarding programs

Pay Range:

Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
