Power Delivery Service (PDS) North has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to work remotely from his/her home office.
We are looking for a talented, self-starter who can pick up any administrative task and run with it. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help bring order and organization to a growing project team working with multiple utility companies. This is not your typical administrative job. Don’t expect to be answering phones all day or managing the boss’s calendar. You may find yourself coordinating field staff, providing project updates in the work management system, pinging design staff to make sure they stay on track, running project financials and invoicing, and everything in between.
Administrative Assistant Primary Responsibilities:
Manage shared email boxes
Ensure timely update of work management system (WMS)
Notify staff of past due deadlines or jobs that are not progressing
Import and review field work
Import field data from fielding app to WMS
Check to verify that WMS and fielding app is accurate
Verify field pictures are adequate (correct photos taken, etc.)
Act as daily contact and dispatcher for fielding staff
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate IT equipment
Arrange for access to client systems
Ensure timely delivery of HR and client notifications
Provide basic accounting services
Calculate weekly revenue recognition
Generate invoices for client
Generate reports and provide metrics to staff on regular basis
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
Knowledge of WMS
Very organized and able to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year degree preferred

Pay Range:
Pay Range $42,250.00 - $65,000.00 - $87,750.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
