We have a dynamic opportunity for a SharePoint Administrator, in this role you'll have the ability to work independently across projects and teams on our customer site at the National Maritime Intelligence Center, Suitland, MD. You'll provide support for the Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) SharePoint based applications and underlying SharePoint Components. This is a great job as your daily activity will directly support and impact real-world operations and decision making affecting Irregular Warfare operations world-wide.
THE MISSION
To support the Maritime Irregular Warfare Analysis Center of Excellence at the Office of Naval Intelligence and provides direct intelligence support to Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), and all naval forces engaged in Irregular Warfare. Your daily activity will directly support and impact real-world operations and decision making affecting Irregular Warfare operations world-wide.

THE CHALLENGE
•Provide Tier 2 SharePoint support to include information system and data management planning and program support in order to meet defined Maritime Irregular Warfare Analysis Center mission objectives.
•Mentor and review work of less experienced team members.
•Support customers and multiple teams through any service questions or issues and taking appropriate helpful action to initiate repairs in a timely manner.
•Analyze data capture, creation and storage processes and develop COAs, based on industry best practices, for presentation to Command Leadership.
•Work independently to develop resolutions to technical issues and concerns, applying in-depth technical knowledge during trouble-shooting to resolve complicated issues.
•Support the development and administration of sites, libraries, and list for Kennedy SharePoint portals within the NIPR, SIPR, and SCI Domains.
•Collaborate with an interdepartmental team to develop or enhance data strategies, systems, processes, and initiatives.
•Identify new areas on an ongoing basis where SharePoint can be leveraged to streamline business practices.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (job qualifications)
•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
•4 or more years of experience in Information Systems with specific focus on SharePoint administration and database construction.
•Proficiency with MS SharePoint, Access and Excel.
•Strong oral and written communication skills to address and explain complex technical issues/problems to teammates, government and military personnel, and to promote collaboration across multiple teams and projects to develop new processes and improve problem solving.
Security Clearance Requirement
•Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
Certification Requirement
• Must possess an IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g. Security+ce or equivalent) in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M and any SharePoint Certification
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE (preferred)
•Associate Level SharePoint Certification or higher
•Experience with SQL
•Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and SharePoint Designer to build new sites, and maintain existing sites

Pay Range:
Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
