Job Description:

The Business Administrator Supply Chain Management (SCM) provides administrative and organizational coordination and support through undertaking a range of administration duties for the SCM Team. This position will support the P219 program in AUS providing administrative functions across all SCM teams in terms of general administrative and organizational duties and responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in the weekly Team Leader meeting updating the SCM and Team Leaders (TL’s) on all payroll, leave and general administrative issues.
  • Develop and maintain the building key register and ensure all key holders in the building are signed for annually.
  • Manage the SCM team templates and work instructions including coordinating the relevant Team Leaders & the SCM to review and sign off updates. Ensure the SCM portal is kept up to date and links to updated documents and templates work.
  • Manage the SCM leave register including weekly update to the SCM and TL
  • Process Leidos payroll fortnightly and be the site payroll point of contact for all Leidos staff.
  • Maintain licence and training qualifications register for SCM staff and coordinate training bookings for staff including funding applications and payments
  • Manage new employee induction checklist and ensure all new employees are fully inducted as per the checklist
  • Be the Leidos HP point of contact in the absence of the HR Manager
  • Maintain and schedule all annual online compliance training for all Leidos staff
  • Manage the building Task Failure (TF) register. Submit and track all repair and maintenance TF.
  • Understudy the Transport TL and learn the day to day running and organisation of the drivers
  • Maintain the SCM contact details register and provide a copy toe the SCM and each TL as required
  • Be the front of office point of contact including for U-drive vehicle bookings
  • Enter the weekly passengers statistics
  • Enter the weekly/monthly vehicle odometer readings into SAP
  • Check all monthly invoices and advise SCM on payment approvals
  • As required assist transport with driving duties
  • Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned by the SCM

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and less than 1 year of prior relevant experience
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and written skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment; interacting with a range of federal and contractor staff
  • Experience with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in support of a staff at a large corporation or military command
  • General knowledge of IT and government terminology
  • SAP experience (2 years)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $29,900.00 - $46,000.00 - $62,100.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
