The Defense Group at Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst who will lead the implementation and sustainment of JobBOSS in support of C5ISR prototyping efforts for the RPTIS customer. This role includes leading process improvement activities for assigned areas, processing and analyzing data, successfully executing project management and solution implementation, and delivering sustained controlled results. The successful candidate will leverage improvement processes to drive next generation productivity improvements, while supporting all channels of business. The Senior Business analyst will directly engage with key stakeholders to implement solutions that improve the customer management experience, while propagating continuous improvement methodologies, techniques, and mindset across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the implementation efforts of the JobBoss MRP tool. This will require analysis of current manufacturing processes, ascertaining system data and output requirements, identifying key objectives required by the customer, and developing solutions that provide metrics and KPIs that support future decision making for the RPTIS customer. Create job routings, parts libraries, and work centers. Work with key stakeholders such as management, team leads, and project engineers, to coordinate implementation efforts and interfaces among various user groups. Interface with material purchasing team to generate bills of materials (BOMs) that will be used to create RFQs for 3rd party vendors.
Lead JobBoss sustainment efforts, to include user training, report development, database improvement, HW/SW troubleshooting. Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to business processes and JobBoss system performance. This may be in the form of new KPIs, development of new reports/data visualization, use of bar codes, etc.
Perform SQL and JobBoss server installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure optimum system performance and minimize system outages.
Basic Qualifications
BS in Engineering, Business, Accounting or a related scientific / technical discipline with 8 or more years’ experience. An additional 4 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel (VBA, pivot tables, advanced formulas, data model development), Project, Visio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Crystal Reports
Experience with data systems and software (SQL, JobBoss)
Experience developing Materials Management Process (Procurement, Inventory), to include use of barcoding
Secret Clearance or ability to obtain prior to start
Able to communicate and collaborate up and down and across the organization, as well as with functional and operational personnel.
Capable of balancing high-level objectives with the appropriate level of detail to make decisions.
Must be a self-starting who works independently, while also being team-oriented. Must be able to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Systems administrative experience with troubleshooting performance
Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,900.00 - $126,000.00 - $170,100.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
