Leidos is seeking a qualified Sr. Collaboration Engineer at Ft. Meade.
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.
Must hold an active Secret clearance prior to start. (US Citizenship required)
•Design, configure, test, and implement Voice and Collaboration solutions supporting Federal, Civilian and Commercial customers.
•Perform network and collaboration application assessments and participates in the installation and configuration of new networks and upgrading of existing networks.
•Work with network service providers of both commercial entities (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Skype) and government entities (e.g. DISA) to monitor and troubleshoot service.
•Lead documentation efforts to develop network topology and as-built documentation, low-level and high-level design documentation and deployment plan documentation.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills.
•Work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.
•Interact effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
•Self-manage and prioritize tasks.
•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
•Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
•Strong collaboration networking experience.
•Solid working knowledge of Server technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network technologies.
•Hands on implementation skills.
•Security+ or CCNA Security must be able to obtain within 90 days.
•Must be able to travel to multiple customer locations throughout the US and overseas to include US DoD facilities.
•CCNP Collaboration (or Voice) certification.
•Experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Virtualization.

Pay Range:Pay Range $81,900.00 - $126,000.00 - $170,100.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
