Responsibilities Include:
Leidos is seeking a Performance Analyst to reduce and eliminate overall nonconformance to specifications, standards, and customer expectations for services rendered in the most effective and efficient manner in support of the AFNCR IT Services contract. The Performance Analyst will ensure the processes, systems, and mechanisms by which all elements of performance measurement work together to provide a framework for linking performance requirements to strategic objectives, business plans, organizational mission, and ticket management. Additionally, the Performance Analyst will evaluate the Leidos team’s performance based on the measures captured in Service Level Management plans, the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Performance Requirements (PRs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor status of all performance related activities and ticketing functions.
Collect metrics from system-generated reports.
Provide data analysis including extraction, transformation, loading, and running reports and queries of associating performance data and metrics against applicable service level requirements via a metrics dashboard.
Coordinate with Work Center leads on all aspects of service delivery to achieve the level of performance required by contract obligations.
Meet with customer Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs) and Government Service Owners (GSOs) to review metrics performance (objective/quantitative and subjective/qualitative) and discuss opportunities for improvement.
Establish and maintain processes to continually improve the effectiveness of meeting performance metrics.
Collaborate with other service providers (e.g., AFNet, JSP, wireless providers, etc.) to provide an overarching understanding of supply dependencies that could potentially affect metrics.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Possess a current, full DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor of Science Degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters of 2+ years of relevant experience
4+ years of quantitative analysis and reporting experience for a complex Enterprise IT service-delivery environment
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Current certifications such as ITIL or CMMI-SVC.
Experience supporting DoD customers.
Experience with delivering services for Enterprise IT operations.
Experience within his/her field; includes extensive accomplishments, recognition by peers, training, and/or certifications directly related to the discipline.
Clearance Required:
Requires an active Secret clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
