Leidos has an opportunity for an ISKM Software Developer.  This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany.  You will have to relocate to Germany for this position.

EUCOM’s Information Superiority and Knowledge Management (ISKM) division seeks to develop KM solutions using agile methodology embodying best UI/UX principles. The ISKM Software Developer works with the Scrum team to develop business process improvement software packages. They support and code client side and/or server-side applications in a development environment, test code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment. Works with Scrum Master and technical writer to deliver necessary documentation and testing results.

What you will be working on:

You will work with a Product Owner and testing teams to develop, test, and refine the applications to meet stakeholder requirements, integrating both .NET Controls and Web Service implementations as part of the overall Knowledge Management architecture.  Be a part of a team and develop custom standalone applications and customizations for SharePoint 2016/2019 and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.  Isolate, diagnose, repair and resolve software problems.  Participate in formal and informal peer reviews of code.   Provide feedback for regular internal process improvement and best practice reviews

What we need from you!

•  Secret Clearance minimum with TS/SCI Clearance Must Be Obtainable

•  5-7 years’ of experience in SharePoint Architecture and/or Applications Development.

•  DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification

•  .NET Application Development Certification

•  ability to troubleshoot and maintain customized implementations of SharePoint 2010 and developing applications for SharePoint 2016 or 2019

•  Understand of technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET Framework, Angular, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), ASP.NET, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, SharePoint Workflows, UI/Bootstrap, Web Services (REST/SOAP), SharePoint 2010/2016, and Internet Information Server (IIS), and standard software development version control/management systems (TFS, Git, etc).

•  Experience working with standard software development lifecycle processes, including peer review, quality assurance testing, and security hardening is a must
