Leidos is hiring a User Experience (UX) Manager to support the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Information Technology Services (ITS) program at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The successful candidate will assist the Government staff by developing & improving a broad range of processes, workflows, and Microsoft-centric training material to support senior Air Force leaders. Additionally, the UX Manager will aid Government staff by developing, maintaining, and improving the AFNCR ITS Catalog and provide continuous process improvement analysis in support of those services.

Oversee Knowledge Management and Service Delivery Management teams.
Lead teams operating, maintaining, and sustaining the AFNCR's knowledge base
Lead a contract team, augmenting the Government staff, in building and updating the AFNCR ITS Catalog
Ensure the underlying processes for service execution, fulfillment, and delivery are operating effectively and efficiently
Engage customers to ensure catalog items provide desired affects and baseline offerings are sufficient for business operations
Oversee development and sustainment of the AFNCR customer-facing, electronic Service Catalog
Engage stakeholders and customers to ensure the customer-facing Service Catalog is effective and user-friendly
Assist senior leaders in developing business analytics reports
Direct the Service Catalog training program, ensuring customers are familiar with the contents and able to make requests, track status, and provide feedback efficiently
Drive the Service Fulfillment training program, ensuring AFNCR ITS technicians are familiar with catalog offerings and how to receive, document, execute, and deliver services
Deliver and organize training programs for office automation and collaboration tools, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced techniques for:
Microsoft (MS) office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, OneNote, and Forms)
MS collaboration applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate)
Manage a training program that provides/develops skills necessary to manage SharePoint sites efficiently and effectively
Possess a current, SECRET clearance
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline with 12+ years of experience; or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Years of experience may be used in lieu of degree
Prior experience as a User Experience Manager in an Air Force or other military organization.
Google UX Design Certificate
Current, DoD 8570-compliant certification (e.g., Security + w/CE) prior to star
Active Secret Clearance
Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
