The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Leader Training Administrator to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
You will carry out instructional and facilitator functions in support of the Intelligence Learning Network (ILN) programs including but not limited to:
• Provides dedicated support to IC HC; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required
• Manages the administration aspects of the training from advertisement through record management, proper facility access, attendance, and post training evaluations, along with other administrative activities to ensure the training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner
• Ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place
• Provides or arranges both classified and unclassified meeting space for trainings, workshops, and meetings if requested by the Government
• Assists with the advertisement of courses and other learning events
Must have an active/current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance; BA degree and 18 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $90,350.00 - $139,000.00 - $187,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
