Job Description:
The Leidos Civil group has an opening for an on-site project leader to support EPA’s NCRFO (National Center for Radiation Field Operations) located in Las Vegas, NV. Leidos provides support to EPA network infrastructure, system administration, Microsoft SharePoint, radio communications services and general IT services. Leidos manages on-premises and cloud virtual server environments on two separate networks.
As a Project Leader for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contract, the candidate will serve as a point of contact for special projects and activities. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer, enhance, and automate using M365 application suite, including SharePoint.
Assist in the documentation of IT system policies and procedures as required for the annual IT security assessment
Assist in the collection, documentation, and reporting of IT data to EPA leadership as needed
Managing projects to successful completion, meeting schedule deadlines, and performance targeted.
Participating in regular process improvement and quality initiatives.
Participating in and providing support for special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in a project operation and or management type environment
Proficient in SharePoint
Familiar with Information Technology and Security terminology
Strong writing skills
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong computer, Microsoft office skills.
Education and Experience:
Relevant Bachelor Science/ Arts Degree with 2-4 years of experience as a project manager or 1 year with a Master’s degree. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
