We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to support a client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The position is for the Pathfinder contract. The PM will determine priorities, and structure the team’s work to align appropriately with those priorities, while effectively managing expectations at all levels. The PM will manage requirements, to include coordinating and facilitating exchange meetings or forums to determine/validate requirements and ensure that tasks are performed according to agreed-upon plans. The PM will develop and maintain accurate, and complete schedules for each project. The PM will maintain consistent, proactive, and timely communication with the customer and other internal stakeholders.
- BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with MS Office tools
- Previous experience working with IC tools and databases
- Previous experience gathering, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior government leaders
- Previous experience developing business models for external customer support with tracking mechanisms
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required for this position
Pay Range:Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00
