More About the Role:
The SMIT Logistics team has an opening for a Logistics Analyst to coordinate and lead various logistics related requirements to include, but not limited to, the research and documenting of SMIT product line obsolescence factors, coordination, and verification of software certification/accreditation documentation in the Government DADMS database.
What You'll Get to Do:
-The Analyst will perform independently and document the SMIT program obsolescence management requirements, establish a plan to acquire end of life, end of sale, and end of support factors for SMIT hardware and software, and execute to the plan. Execution will require research of equipment manufacture data sources and procurement related documents to acquire obsolescence data points.
-In addition to researching and documenting obsolescence data, the Analyst will interface with other Logistics teams to research and acquire data relative to active and inactive assets, spares, and planned receipts. Obsolescence data will be routinely coordinated with the SMIT Transformation team for their actions toward resolution of asset obsolescence.
-The Analyst will communicate with various functional teams across the SMIT program to document the requirements for software accreditation/certification and its documentation within the Government’s DADMS. The Analyst will function as the coordinator for registration and updates to the DADMS for new and updated software.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-Requires a B.A. Degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•Prior working experience with SD-22, DMSMS.
•Prior experience in SW Management.
•Advance skills with MS Excel, generating look ups and pivot tables.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $89,000.00 - $120,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
