DCGS is the Air Force’s primary Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) planning and direction, collection, processing and exploitation, analysis and dissemination weapon system.

The PMO for the DCGS Weapon System is located at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA.  This position is located at a Leidos facility near the Air Force Base. Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the overall Program Manager position for the DCGS-PSTI Contract.  This candidate will have overall Program Management responsibilities for the Program, reporting directly to the Leidos Director of Air Force IT Strategy.  It is envisioned that the entire Leidos / Subcontractor team of over 300 FTEs will report into this position, inclusive of 5-7 additional Key Personnel positions on the Program.

This is a full time position that must work at the customer location and no telework is allowed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • This is a Key Personnel position and includes on-site program management support under the entire DCGS-PSTI Contract. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the DCGS-PSTI Performance Work Statement .

  • (PWS). This position is a named-resource in the Leidos Proposal and the resultant awarded contract. 

  • The individual will need to lead and participate significantly in proposal development, including Orals.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • BA/BS and 12 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters degree and 10 or more years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Current Project Management Professional ® Certification or demonstrated ability and willingness to obtain one.

  • Prior leadership experience with the USAF DCGS Weapon System

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in scope and complexity referenced above, and consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g. performance metrics).

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD IT and IA standards, processes, policy, and regulations.

  • Demonstrated experience evaluating a complex project, Task Order, or program to identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies.

  • Active Top Secret/SCI is required

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex project, Task Order, or program of similar size (managing 300 or more personnel, including Program Management, Integrated Sustainment Planning, Integrated Sustainment Engineering, Integrated Cyber Support, EIT Product Help Desk, Cloud Maintenance and Maintenance Support Documentation.

  • Prior experience as a Program Manager or significant leadership position supporting the DCGS Enterprise.

  • Prior experience as a Program Manager supporting a large FEDSIM Contract

Clearance Required:

  • Requires an active Top Secret/SCI security Clearance


Pay Range:

Pay Range $142,350.00 - $219,000.00 - $295,650.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
