Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J) Software Sustainment and Modernization program.
GCCS-J is the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Command and Control (C2) system of record for achieving full spectrum dominance. The GCCS-J system is a suite of mission applications that provides critical joint warfighting C2 capabilities and is the principal foundation for dominant battlespace awareness, providing an integrated, near real-time picture of the battlespace necessary to conduct joint and multinational operations. GCCS-J provides a robust and seamless C2 capability to the Commander-in-Chief (CINC), Secretary of Defense (SECDEF), National Military Command Center (NMCC), Combatant Commanders (CCDRs), Joint Force Commanders, and Service Component Commanders. GCCS-J offers vital connectivity to the systems the joint warfighter uses to plan, execute, and manage military operations.
We are expecting award in early Fall 2022.
Works with the Program Manager to develop strategies, goals, tasks, roles, responsibilities, and information needs for QA surveillance.
Serve as the GCCS-J program’s QA lead for the performance of planning, work product reviews, and quality audits.
Implement and maintain the GCCS-J program’s Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Plan.
Support Quality Management Reviews by reporting to higher level management on the program’s quality achievements and the program’s progress towards meeting quality objectives.
Update the program’s Tailored Process Baseline (TPB), as required.
Provide review and input to program plans and other program documents in support of accurate and on-time GCCS-J deliverables.
Execute timely quality audits in adherence with the program’s audit schedule and in compliance with Leidos policies and direction, report audit results to program leadership.
Generate corrective action requests for audit findings and maintain the Common Audit Database (CAD) with timely updates/closures of audit findings.
Support external audits conducted in support of maintaining the organization’s ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI level 3 certifications.

Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 4 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Quality assurance experience in a software development environment.
Experience implementing ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 Quality Management Systems.
Experience working with the following tools: SharePoint, MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence.
Good verbal and written skills.
Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Industry certification is desirable.
Familiarity with DOD quality assurance processes a plus.
Familiarity with GCCS-J system processes a plus.
Pay Range:Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00
