Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking Network Analyst Survey Technicians for a large-scale enterprise-IT delivery and support program.  We are hiring for multiple positions with potential reporting locations at multiple sites in Northern Virginia, which may include McLean, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Springfield, and Warrenton.

This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.  We do not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing for this position.

Network Analyst Survey Technicians provide technical expertise in the management of public and/or private networks.  This includes network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters and servers and may include installing, supporting and/or maintaining LANs and/or WAN, testing and analyzing network facilities, and evaluating and recommending networking product and software upgrades.  This position requires expanded knowledge and experience while still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network; testing and analyzing network facilities, including network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters and servers
  • Installing, supporting, and/or maintaining LANs and/or WANs; evaluating and recommending networking product and software upgrades
  • Performing technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations
  • Monitoring data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission
  • Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software
  • Utilizing existing knowledge while building additional knowledge of the company, client, and processes
  • Solving a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Completing work with a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Applying expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
  • Demonstrates understanding of key business drivers and utilizes this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Solving standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgement, and precedents
  • Impacting quality of own work and the work of others on the team
  • Working within guidelines and policies
  • Explaining information to others in straightforward situations
  • While this position does not have supervisory responsibilities, may provide guidance to new and/or more junior associates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience

Salary Range (US Only): $54,600 - $84,000 - $113,400
