Primary Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for the set up and execution of a lab that will perform KMI and Over the Network Keying (OTNK) conformance testing for End Cryptographic Units (ECUs).
Our goal is to provide a new service offering to vendors where they can get their ECUs certified. This role will work with project SMEs to identify “conformance” test requirements and develop procedures on how to sign up for this service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in project management and organization; you will collaborate with various levels of management assisting with planning, scheduling, and establishing performance targets and reporting routine status in support of the lab.
The selected candidate will lead the design, integration and test development activities to ensure compliance with performance, interfaces, cyber, safety, integration, and test requirements within the cryptographic community. This position requires someone that is experienced with evaluating and testing the adequacy of business processes and practices with respect to risks, controls and regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for identifying requirement gaps and issues.

Basic Qualifications
REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. 12 years’ experience required in lieu of a degree.
- Active SECRET Clearance and the ability to upgrade up to TS/SCI.
- Hands-on experience working with one or more ECU families (e.g., HAIPE)
- Experience with COMSEC procedures or requirements
- Familiar with ECUs and Fill Devices
- Technical abilities to be hands-on with a device and configure for communications with external interfaces
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and possess time management skills to meet schedules.
- Someone with strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Detail oriented with experience interacting with customers.
PREFERRED (some subset of the following):
- Experience or familiarity with the KMI Test Infrastructure to register devices and provision key material
- Familiarity with OTNK
- Experience reviewing audit data from an ECU
- Network / Comms background
- Security Engineering / Architecture background
- Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in Scrum Methodology or other Agile environments.
- Flexible and able to adapt to new processes and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
