Leidos is seeking an IT Program Manager to provide oversight and implementation for enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives related to digital foundations and workforce development. The IT Program Manager will work with a broad range of technical and substantive stakeholders within the Customer’s organization to foster development and execution of initiatives supporting Customer strategic objectives related to AI. The IT Program Manager will serve as the lead for development and execution of AI initiatives supporting the Customer. The IT Program Manager will develop strategic goals and implementation plans for tasked initiatives, socialize proposed initiative plans with key stakeholders, and execute proposed initiative plans. They will also provide regular updates about initiatives to Sponsor’s and other stakeholders, provide lessons learned upon initiative completion, and frequently engage with senior leadership about initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience. Work experience can be used/combined with education
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing systems engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience working on systems engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing IT initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting AI initiatives including building and training AI models.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives to understand and prioritize enterprise and mission requirements.
- Demonstrated experience communicating program updates.
- Demonstrated experience being a self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience using AI technologies inclusive of but not limited to Python, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Tableau.
Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
