The Leidos Civilian Health Solutions Operation is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (BA), contingent upon contract award, to support federal organizations in implementing new M365 features and leveraging the Microsoft

technologies to support their business.

This Business Analyst regularly employs a business first lens while

solving problems and delivering practical solutions to clients. This Analyst demonstrates a breadth and depth of capabilities (e.g. project management, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing) and is prepared to

take on a range of business and organizational challenges and assess the role technology plays.

This analyst brings effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to advise, implement, and operate projects. This Analyst works to inform clients’ technology decisions, facilitate the scaling of

capabilities, and promote the delivery of organization vision.

Primary Responsibilities

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Work with government stakeholders to validate and prioritize business requirements

* Develop functional and non-functional requirements to satisfy the business requirements

* Develop functional and non-functional requirements to satisfy the business requirements

* Participate in requirements validation meetings with the Government Team, technical Subject Matter

* Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to capture, clarify and document requirements as well as documenting

action items.

* Conduct business requirements analysis, then decompose into system-level requirements, and determine level

of effort (LOE) (estimates of number of hours to complete) for IT requirements, including system change

requests.

* Recommend a set of system requirements to be included in each iteration/sprint, based on input from the

requirements validation meetings with the Government Team and/or key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

* BS and 4-8 years of experience related to requirements management supporting large scale organizations using waterfall or agile methodologies or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. * Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Visio etc. * Experience working as a federal contractor or employee * Authorized to work in the United States * Ability to pass a Moderate Background Investigation with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of HHS EPLC

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
