Leidos has immediate opportunities for Software Developers to join a team building innovative software supporting Sponsor’s Entitlement Management Programs as well as Identity, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management Programs.  We're supporting a well-established customer that is responsible for critical and high-visibility missions applications used by a wide audience. Our team is tremendously talented, and we need to add full-time Software Developers with a strong foundation in Java and AWS.

Primary Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle development with Java Applications
• Duties include analyzing, developing, debugging, testing, configuring, and deploying software solutions in an agile, cloud based, and continuous development environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required to perform well as a member of a rapid paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Utilize agile development methodology
• Leverage Amazon Web Services
• Utilize agile techniques to manage workload
• Mentoring and training junior level Staff

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Typically requires BS degree and 12+ years of prior development experience; additional experience in lieu of degree
• Solid experience in developing Java applications
• Solid experience using RESTful and/or SOAP Web Services.
• Must have experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services
• Prior experience developing solutions for customer requirements
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck

 Preferred Qualifications

·       Certification - Amazon Web Services (AWS)
