The C4ISR Operation at Leidos currently has an opening for a Lead Program Manager in support of our newly established Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Division. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience as we build the new division and help the Department of Defense realize the National priority for MDO and Joint All-Domain Command & Control (JADC2) vision.
Leidos is looking for a highly qualified Solutions Integration Lead PM responsible for delivering integrated next generation capabilities across all domains in the DoD space. As envisioned, JADC2 will allow U.S. forces from all services to sense, make sense and act upon a vast array of data and information from all domains (air, land, sea, and space). In this role you will work closely across Industry and Government to drive outcomes for warfighters. These interactions include Program Managers, Operators, Systems Engineers, other domain engineers, requiring a breadth of experience and technical expertise to drive progress and maintain strong collaborative environments. The role will lead full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, using a Models Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach driving a consistent and compatible design throughout the development lifecycle.
Ability to work remotely is approved with 40% travel expectation to ensure optimized outcomes for corporate leadership, customers, and industry partners.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide program management and leadership for Leidos’ corporate Multi-Domain Operations effort focused on legacy and modern platform integration to include ABMS
Interface with Service Acquisition leadership, OSD, Joint Staff, Industry (including University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs), Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS)), and other Consortium Members to ensure Consortium requirements and operational objectives are met
Facilitate technical and programmatic information exchange in support of MDO Objectives
Provide oversight and management of Leidos Platform Integration staff; manage costs, schedule and risks; provide reporting as required to the Government and Leidos management
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
Prior ACAT-I level program experience including working group and/or IPT experience
Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, ACAT-1D level program acquisition, and driving mission outcomes
Active PMP certification
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives to include electronic protection & warfare
Prior experience with micro processing and high-end platform acquisition
Prior experience building and leading large organizations
Pay Range:
Pay Range $124,800.00 - $192,000.00 - $259,200.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
