Leidos is currently looking to add a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with a team of Cyber Engineers to provide automation and test engineering expertise in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will design and implement test runners and work with current technologies to build out automated functional testing solutions, PSP testing frameworks, build pipelines various cross-compilers for common architectures (PPC, MIPS, x86, Arm, RISC-V, etc.).
This work will leverage your experience in generating test cases/scripts and devise or acquire test data executing test scripts to determine defects prior to operational deployment. The candidate will maintain automated testing capabilities and formulate quality assurance standards. The candidate will provide Developmental Assists in facilitating Operational Evaluation (OE) activities through engagement with assigned Tool Champions and Operational/Mission Evaluators. The candidate will support research and continuous improvement initiatives to identify additional innovative methods and products contributing to increased efficiencies within the established testing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and diversified Mid Level Cyber Test Engineer with experience in the following areas:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field and 2+ years of relevant software development or testing experience
Extensive experience building large-scale CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines
Extensive experience utilizing common source control frameworks (i.e. Gitlab, Bitbucket)
Experience with various scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell)
Detailed knowledge of cross-compilers and experience building/utilizing them on various architectures (PPC, MIPS, x86, Arm, RISC-V, etc).
Experience using Docker and docker-compose
Knowledge of command line syntax and experience using common administrative commands on Windows/Unix platforms.
Experience setting up Windows/Unix virtual machines on vSphere.
Bash/cmd/powershell scripting knowledge for Window/Unix command line.
Ability to write detailed test plans to satisfy all development documentation required for tool acceptance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $162,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
