Leidos is seeking a high performing a Mid- to Senior-Level Program Analyst to support the Air Delivered Weapons Division (NA-122.3), within the Office of Nuclear Weapons Stockpile (NA-122) of the National Nuclear Security Administration; Senior-Level is preferred.
The Program Analyst will primarily serve as an analyst and advisor to the Director, Air Delivered Weapons Division including, as required, NA-122 management. In this role, the Mid- to Senior-Level Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Director with oversight, managing interfaces, and coordinating day-to-day performance, programmatic, and process activities among other Defense Program (DP) Offices, Department of Defense and/or Design and Production Agencies. This is a full-time contractor-support position located on-site at the NNSA Albuquerque, NM office. Travel is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting Federal staff in providing weapon, programmatic, and technical sufficiency responses (consistent with previous responses, strategic and tactical documentation) to short notice inquiries from Defense Programs (DP), Stockpile Management (SM), the Administrator, Secretary and other National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) or Department of Energy (DOE) officials.
Communicating complex and controversial program execution concepts to the Director, other NA-122 Federal Program Managers, and Stockpile Management Senior Officials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-12 years (for Mid-Level, 12+ for Senior-Level) of related experience in project/program management including demonstrated experience researching and analyzing complex information.
Demonstrated professional experience working with, and coordinating across, a broad range of geographically distributed organizations, in a contractor-role supporting federal customers.
Demonstrated performance with the Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis on word processing, presentations, spreadsheet, scheduling applications and SharePoint (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and SharePoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in writing and editing briefings and reports for senior and executive managers.
Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and business practices applicable to NNSA and DP mission activities.
Knowledge of the substantive nature of NNSA Nuclear Weapons programs and activities; missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Active (current) DOE Q or DoD TS security clearance is required for this position.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
