Leidos is hiring a Navy SCI RMF Assessment and Authorization Support Specialist to work on customer site at the National Maritime Intelligence Center, Suitland, MD
Join the team leading the way with Security Controls Assessment and Authorization support for all SCI cybersecurity IT Navy Intelligence funded systems and networks. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll work with forward thinking, innovative, and highly motivated Security Controls Assessors and Security Engineers to support
the Security Controls Assessments of complex IT requirements and operational, management, and technical controls for information systems within the Navy Intelligence operational environment in accordance with Navy RMF guidance, NIST SP 800-37, and NIST SP 800-53.

What Will You Do:
Provide support functions of the NAVINTEL Customer Support Desk such as:
• Provide RMF knowledge in response to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Submit, update, track, and close-out RMF incident tickets within the helpdesk ticketing system.
Collaborate weekly with Regional ISSMs and maintain RMF information in the Navy’s Systems of Record.
• Perform high-level quality and comprehensive completeness check of RMF workflow steps (6-steps) in Xacta as directed by client
• Prepare, draft, and format authorization letters, POA&M, and other Authorizing Official guidance on behalf of the AO.
• Monitor official command message traffic using the customer M3 messaging system and act accordingly in response to IATT requests, Baseline Change Requests, Trusted Agent requests, Authorization and Re-authorization requests.
• Develop cybersecurity dashboards, compile metrics, and use databases and tools to provide situational awareness of cybersecurity health status.
• Update information web portal with RMF information using a Content Management System.
Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise:
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
* IAM Level I Certification (CAP, GSLC, or Security+ CE) or higher
BA/BS and 3+ years of Assessment & Authorization experience with ICD-503, and/or
NIST Framework to include Information Assurance; additional years of experience
can be considered in lieu of degree
•Experience with tools, systems, reporting mechanisms and requirements for A&A with the DoD, DISA, NNWC , DoDIIS, and the IC
•Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and national level system security initiatives and secure Information/ (LAN/WAN ) technologies.
•Effective oral and written communication skills; exemplary results-oriented interpersonal capabilities

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $162,000.00
