Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation has an opportunity for a Senior Program Finance Analyst based out of Vista, CA. This is a key position supporting the Operations Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance team and will report to the SES Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of manufacturing & supply chain initiatives within the operation, while leveraging your financial expertise in the areas of financial performance and controls (planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to thoroughly review inventory balances for accuracy and compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Variance analysis and reporting of actual manufacturing performance and against AOP and quarterly forecast.
- Conduct monthly closing process, quarterly product & inventory reserve, MO variance analysis and required clearing journal entry
- Identify, analyze, and reconcile inventory ledger variances
- Responsible developing or enhanced performance reporting utilizing TOAD and OAC to support various operation initiatives to drive continual improvement and measure productivity in the areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sourcing
- Supporting any ad hoc requests by internal management
- Assist with special projects geared to implement financial best practices, enhance internal controls, and optimize inventory/DOS.
- Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels
- Provide inventory support and guidance to Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure proper charging and process compliance
- Approve purchase order requisitions
- Regular communication with management team
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance related field and 8-12 years of demonstrated experience in Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial analysis
- Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
- Must possess good communication skills both verbally and written to clearly provide detailed analysis, ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Costpoint, Cognos, TOAD, Oracle Analytics and other Leidos financial systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBI.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
