Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) is seeking a Systems Engineer. Join our multidisciplinary and expert engineering team for an exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge technology on developing state-of-the-art products, and make a global impact in airport security detection!

We are seeking candidates local to Tewksbury MA or St. Petersburg FL. This is primarily a remote/telework position but candidates must be able to come onsite, as needed.

As a Systems Engineer within the Cybersecurity and DevOps team, your job will be focused on creating the necessary infrastructure for deploying Windows systems to customer sites as well as the creation and deployment of standard developer images across the various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with teams to transition from legacy versions of windows and supporting their specific use cases in a modern and secure operating system.

Additionally candidates will be expected to be effective communicators, as they will need to document and explain the tools and processes they are using both to the Cybersecurity team and the engineers that the team supports, to effectively round out the knowledge of the Cybersecurity and DevOps team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate must have BS Degree and 4+ years' experience or a Master's Degree with 2+ years' experience. Will consider additional years of experience in absence of degree.
• Experience with networked deployment of Windows OS and Windows Server (and associated services, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)
• Strong appreciation of security best practices, specifically for the OS and network layer.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Azure Cloud experience
• Traditional Infrastructure and networking experience
• Software Defined Networking Experience
• Experience with Windows Deployment Services
• Experience with DISM command line tool
• MS Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Associate
