The Intelligence Group at Leidos is seeking a Video Producer to support a brand-new program with a classified government customer. This opportunity provides the customer with full-service conference planning, facilitation, instruction, and training and multimedia development support. Products will span the full gamut of technical interactivity from hard copy job aids to full, digital, immersive environments.
The Video Producer will be responsible for creating a consistent look and feel to videos, graphics, photography, animation, and other products and ensure those products are in line with task order requirements. The Video Producer will respond and coordinate to management to generate deliverables.
This posting is for new business and is not currently funded. Estimated timeframe for interviews is summer 2023. Candidates for consideration MUST already possess a current Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
Primary Responsibilities
Producing original content, including pitching, script writing, and storyboarding of ideas and concepts.
Filming interviews, events, and b-roll in single camera or multi-camera configuration
Work on a multi-disciplinary team to gather requirements for upcoming/ongoing projects, help shape stories, and authenticate content for incorporation into products.
Prepare, setup, and test equipment
Arrange logistics for field and studio productions
Manage multimedia asset library
Manage multiple projects on different timelines simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and content is delivered to the program manager
Locate and license appropriate b-roll and music
Creating accessible versions of assess
Manage the lighting, shooting, and editing content
Editing of multi-camera footage according to scripts and storyboards.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
MUST already possess a current Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph. This requires US Citizenship.
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Certificate in Production, Multi-media Design, or design related field
A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise with professional cameras and editing systems
A demonstrated track-record of in-depth working knowledge of industry-standard multimedia production best practices and contemporary technologies
Experience working with the principles, practices, techniques, technology, and standards of video production and shot composition
Familiarity with video sets, team member’s roles, and video production procedures, practices, techniques, and terminology
Experience with field and studio production, digital post-production, various video formats and transcoding, encoding, and authoring for distribution
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and create 508-compliant content and experiences
Familiarity with audio recording and monitoring equipment
Ability to direct voice-over and automated dialogue replacement (ADR) sessions
Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and address multiple, concurrent projects, with varying production timelines
Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator), and general database management
