The Intelligence Group at Leidos is seeking an E-learning/Multi-media Developer to support one of two brand-new programs with a classified government customer. These opportunities provide full-service conference planning, facilitation, instruction, and training and multimedia development support. Training and multi-media products will span the full gamut of technical interactivity from hard copy job aids to full, digital, immersive environments.
The E-learning/Multi-media Developer will create instructional multimedia used for online learning management systems, websites, information kiosks, presentations, podcasts, and/or other materials in support of instructional programs. Proficiency in learning management systems, various multimedia software applications and development tools, enhancing student accessibility, and providing training in the use of multimedia software and equipment is an integral part of the duties of this position. The Specialist will deliver a wide range of expertise in the areas of graphics and interface design, multimedia programming, animations design and development, video editing, audio production and recording to produce education and training materials, documents, and presentations.
Primary Responsibilities
Working with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop products (e.g., graphics, videos, animations, presentations) aligned with instructional needs and goals
Converting flash based products into HTML 5
Developing e-learning courses for deliver via learning management systems
Collecting and documenting customer website requirements
Determining project estimates and writing project plans
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Must possess a current Top Secret Clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph preferred and eligibility to obtain is a must! This requires US Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree with a focus in web production, graphic design, animation, fine arts, or related field with 4+ years of e prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience developing eLearning courses using Adobe Captivate or other course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Camtasia)
Experience with formats, standards, and production resources for electronic publishing and/or multimedia processes and services, depending on mission of work unit
Experience with implementing courses on content management systems/learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Coursera, and Absorb platforms)
Experience with configuring, importing, and exporting SCORM packages.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video and audio editing software
Experience with open source or proprietary production tools, Adobe CS, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, Work, Excel and Visio
Experience collecting and documenting customer requirements
Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Proven ability to work independently and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with developing determining project estimates and writing project plans
