Leidos has a career opportunity for a Material Control resource in the WMA. The contract will focus on the lifecycle of hardware assets.
Primary Responsibilities: Includes activities relating to hardware asset management.
The successful candidate will join our Leidos team in a warehouse environment and will focus on supporting the movement of goods as it pertains to assets. This can include scheduling, planning, tracking, shipping and dispositioning of those assets.
Duties may include coordinating and integrating the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
Ensuring appropriate an accurate shipping and storage of all computer hardware, parts, printer hardware supplies.
Experience with the removal and disposal of classified media from IT equipment, material and peripherals.
Assess overall performance of the team, perform progress monitoring, reporting and identify potential problem areas for resolution.
Knowledge with IT service management resolution, hands on with the de-installation and degaussing of hard drives and other classified materials.
Previously have drafted Property movement Documents to track equipment being turned in for disposal.
Ensure that all projects are set up and executed in a manner consistent with company and government expectations, policies and procedures.
Provided; customer service support as the point of contact for issues related to Asset management where Desktop IT devices are concerned.
Provided technical assistance to the customer using the Remedy database.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, using Remedy, Query tools, and Cisco Works User Tracker.
Understands basic TEMPEST requirements and the need to report configuration changes to the product baseline.
Provided technical and training support on the Service Delivery Center’s policy
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
