The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for a Collective Training Staff Officer at Ft Belvoir, VA.  

This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program.  This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop OPORDs and OPLANS, coordinate, staff and plan collective training requirements, and support the effort through the duration of the exercise
• Support “Proof of Concept” exercises and Joint and Multinational intelligence collective training events

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. Waiver may be applied without a degree
• 15 years of Army experience as a Staff Officer. Waiver may be applied for less experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Familiarity with exercise planning at brigade level or higher
• Familiarity with Joint and Multinational exercise participation requirements
• Experience drafting OPORDs, OPLANS, and staffing documents

This position has a salary range of $110,000 - $130,000.
