The Leidos Controller Shared Services organization has an opening for a Working Capital Senior Analyst. This position is telework eligible, but will have in-office presence at a local Leidos hub office as needed (Tucson, AZ, Oak Ridge, TN, Reston, VA or Huntsville, AL).

Primary Responsibilities:
Validate the integrity of selected working capital data in PowerBi dashboards such as Days Sales Outstanding.
Monitor trends within the data to pinpoint focus areas to target to optimize working capital, and recommend automation or process improvements to address
Assist Production billing with Amounts on Hold Reduction, Maintenance of Elevated Invoice Review Population, Clean-up of Costs Past POP, and other enhancement projects
Lead working group with functional partners to identify key metrics and programs where cash performance is an issue
Perform analysis on non-accounting (AR Facing) unbilled drivers and recommend remediation for recurring detractors
Serve as integration functional team lead to represent the AR department for acquisition company integration
Identify non-cash advantageous items in existing and incoming portfolio’s contractual make up or order to cash process
Communicate deviations from AR policies, such as EGLCs or calculation of AR reserves
Facilitate pre-migration meetings with legacy system POCs to review all AR account balances and unbilled analysis that is not related to the subledger recon, such as the review of calculated unbilled (ITD Revenue less ITD Billed) compared to the GL Unbilled balance.
Identify old balances that might need to be written off prior to migration depending on materiality and aged balances and coordinate timely action.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business or Organizational Management with an emphasis on cash management support. Additional relevant years of service in lieu of a completed degree will be considered.
Due to the nature of this role, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Proficiency in CostPoint and Cognos, Fusion, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet on-time deliverables
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Demonstrated competencies in the areas of change management facilitation and team collaboration
Ability to navigate complicated team structures to achieve results
Results-oriented, problem-solving skills and an aptitude for influencing outside immediate span of control
Willingness to work in an evolving environment as role develops to meet internal business needs
Ability to travel to support billing efforts in a Leidos hub office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
LSS or similar discipline as it relates to efficiencies in both process and systems
Previous experience in support services with emphasis on customer interaction
Previous experience in support of Government, Commercial, Civil, and Health related contracts
Experience with Power BI or similar platform.
Local to Tucson, AZ, Oak Ridge, TN, Reston, VA or Huntsville, AL office hubs.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $75,400.00 - $116,000.00 - $156,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
