Job Description:
The Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) also referred to as a Digital Network Intelligence Analyst (DNIA) will serve in a target office focused on analysis and production of foreign intelligence derived from SIGINT. The Analyst will collaborate with counterparts across the enterprise and U.S. Intelligence Community and use software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development to profile targets and their behaviors, uphold target continuity, and develop methods to obtain additional target information. Successful candidates will have experience in the development, collection, analysis & reporting against adversary threats to National Security Systems, Critical Infrastructure, and/or the Defense Industrial Base.
- Perform technical metadata and content analysis for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination.
- Run advanced queries using analytic tools
- Have working understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the methods and principles of exploiting foreign communications and systems to collect, identify, analyze, and disseminate information.
- Utilize target development databases and tools to analyze social and telecommunications networks and exploit high priority targets.
- Perform sustained target analysis through the use of DNI/DNR analytic techniques.
- Provide synthesized products to customers by researching, analyzing and reporting intelligence via the appropriate reporting vehicles.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of related experience. Military experience and education will be considered on a case by case basis in addition to or in lieu of degree
- Work experience must include Intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC.
- Serialized SIGINT reporting experience
- Work experience with customer tools and databases
- Analysis experience with DNI/DNR.
- Chinese or Russian Language abilities are a plus - this is not a linguist position
- Military Experience is a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- An understanding of the customer’s organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms.
- Self- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized and able to manage individual schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed

Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $162,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
