Leidos is seeking a Program Operations Analyst to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support a portfolio level PMO in Reston, VA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Operations Analyst will work with the Business Operations team to drive success on a large-scale, multi-year IDIQ contract. Working across a multitude of Task Orders with varied scope, this role will help execute enterprise strategy across the portfolio. The ability to collect, analyze and interpret data will inform both operational and strategic decisions provided by our analyst team.
In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understand prioritization, have attention to detail, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
•Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Validate and review work products from across the enterprise.
•Utilize SharePoint to drive PMO knowledge management strategy and practices across the enterprise.
•Attend key leader and functional engagements.
•Provide understanding of operational trends and forecasting.
•Coordinate amongst program stakeholders to drive mission results.
•Assist in the staffing and on-boarding experience across a portfolio of Task Orders.
•Maintain knowledge management repositories.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years experience supporting program, division or operational level business leadership; additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree.
•Knowledge of Program Execution policies and procedures.
•Experience with staff on-boarding for large enterprises.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience with SharePoint and Power BI.
•Experience in a CDRL development lifecycle.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
