Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an experienced candidate that is local to Hawai‘i to join our Hawai‘i Energy program team as an Operations Intern to support our Commercial, Residential, and Market Transformation portfolios. The right candidate would work part-time during the school semester and then full-time during the Summer.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with industry stakeholders including distributors, trade allies and customers through meetings and outreach events
- Process rebates in AMPLIFY system
- Assist with developing and organizing energy audit data and provide useful data tagging for reporting purposes
- Track and reconcile metrics for program third party verification purposes
- Support outreach events
- Support customer reporting deliverables as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education, skills and experience requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree university program
- Strong organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Access and Outlook
- Possess a high degree of initiative
- Have a passion for Hawai‘i Energy’s mission

Pay Range:
Pay Range $36,400.00 - $56,000.00 - $75,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
