Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to work onsite at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville. Duties may include a combination of supporting activities in coordination with Government to include continuous security monitoring, vulnerability assessment support, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) support and Certification/Accreditation support for the on-going assessment, planning, integration, and recommending enhancement of systems. In addition, duties may include supporting the design, integration and operation of Cybersecurity systems for the protection of networks, systems, and infrastructure. Duties may include: operate, monitor, maintain, and optimize existing monitoring, intrusion detection, and vulnerability identification on systems. Support the program and provide continuous monitoring of systems. Support technical and forensic investigations and provide support to incident response process. Prepare architectural diagrams, technical reports, and/or white papers in support of evolving Architecture requirements. Appropriate industry IT Security certification required.
Basic Qualifications
BS + 8 years of relevant experience. Experience leading a team of cybersecurity professionals in a government environment. Experience with continuous security monitoring, vulnerability assessment support, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) support and Certification/Accreditation support for the on-going assessment, planning, integration, and recommending enhancement of systems. Experience supporting forensic investigations and incident response.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $162,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
