Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a WMD-CT focused Project Manager to support a client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in McLean, VA. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
The PM will develop and maintain accurate, and complete schedules for WMD-focused efforts. The PM will maintain consistent, proactive, and timely communication with the customer and team members. The PM will support the development, coordination, editing, and publishing of a range of products that may include talking points, presentations, and government policies. The PM will assist with Interagency Focus Groups and prepare products and talking points on specific collection targets and issues as required. The PM will collaborate with WMD-CT partners within the IC and DoD, while strengthening existing relationships with U.S. and foreign partners. The PM will work with the customer to identify methods to improve and sustain IC support to operational elements during steady state operations as well as during a crisis.
Requirements:
- BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with MS Office tools
- Previous experience working with IC tools and databases
- Previous experience gathering, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment
- Experience writing formal deliverables, conducting independent research on time sensitive tasks, and providing high-level briefings to a mature audience
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior government leaders
- Previous experience developing business models for external customer support with tracking mechanisms
- Experience working within a WMD-CT environment is desired
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance is required for this position
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
