Leidos is seeking an experienced Data/Audit Analyst who is responsible for driving thorough analysis of personnel security data, and action-based measures to insure data accuracy in Leidos and government systems of record.
Primary Responsibilities
This position supports the Security Service Center, facility security officers, and other field security teams through continuously striving for improved data, processes and developing the infrastructure for quality, error-free reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data in Leidos and government systems, and implementing measures to correct deficiencies in data. This position requires a deep understanding of personnel security business processes outline in CFR 32, Part 117, and ICD 704, and application of documentation to meet compliance with government standards. The successful candidate will also assist in updates of training materials, job aides, standard operating procedures, and desktop references for the Security Service Center team. We’re looking for talent with excellent communications, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment, as well as the ability to work independently, and as part of a great team.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years relevant experience. 10+ years of direct relevant experience will be considered, in lieu of a degree.
-Advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills required.
-Thorough understanding of Defense Information Security System (DISS).
-Working knowledge of Security Information Management System (SIMS).
-Maintain, update, and manage the Security Service Center audit reports, and oversee data error corrections with team members.
-Experience developing training materials, training aids, and policies and procedures.
-This positions requires a great deal of interactions with the Leidos Security Team, SSC Management, and individual team members.
-Thorough understanding of CFR 32 Part 117 and ICD 704 personnel security policies and guidance.
-Recommend internal Quality control checks and triggers in Security Information Management System (SIMS) to reduce the overall error rate of the center.
-Active Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
•5 years personnel security administrative, or management experience.
•Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while at the same time being a solid group contributor with strong leadership skills.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
