The Civilian Health Solutions Operation has an opening to support a large healthcare contract.
Leidos is seeking a BI Developer with business analyst capabilities for Management Information central Repository Systems using an Oracle data structure and operating in a hybrid Windows and Linux Cloud/On-premises environment for a program supporting the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement. You will be handling massive amounts of structured and unstructured data to discover the missing pieces in the information puzzle by analyzing and closely working with stakeholders. You will support the design, develop SSRS 2016, SSRS 2019, and provide ad-hoc data queries with Oracle 19c.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to work closely with clients to gather requirements and create design specifications
Experience in performing data analysis and data validation is preferred
Design, develop, and implement SSRS 2016 Reports
Ability to write complex SQL queries
Proven experience writing and maintaining SQL queries and procedures (designing, coding, performance tuning) as well as implementing them in SQL Server 2016 Reporting Service solutions
Creating, deploying, and executing scripts and stored procedures for the management of data loads and reporting configuration, etc.
Assessing and enhancing reporting capacity and performance.
Assisting with the maintenance of the central repository of all data architecture artifacts including data dictionaries, database administration procedures, scripts, and security controls in support of management information and research reporting.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem analysis, and resolution.
Monitor application health (e.g., proactive and reactive responses, activity and utilization).
Experience evaluating and facilitating the recommendation of various solution options.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop design specifications for SSRS Reports.
Ability and desire to work with other program staff and customers to reach design decisions within given constraints
Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree and 8+ years of experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience with SSRS Report Development versions 2016 or 2019
Experience with integrating SSRS Reports with SharePoint 2016.
Problem solver along with the ability to multitask.
Proven client management skills
Experience in requirements gathering
Candidate must have a bachelor’s with prior relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with the federal client, preferably ACF/HHS.
AWS cloud experience.
Exposure to other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik etc.
Exposure to the data lake architecture.
All candidates supporting the CMS programs must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior in order to be considered.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $97,500.00 - $150,000.00 - $202,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
