Leidos has a need for Entry Level Computer Operators to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) High Performance Computing (HPC) Modernization Program (DoD HPCMP) and U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
The successful candidates will be able to execute and monitor a range of scheduled computer related activities in support of the Army Research Lab DSRC located at the Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland.
We will train you to use basic unix commands, execute scripts, and monitor computer/facility issues for errors. When errors are identified the selected applicate will follow procedures to resolve and/or contact the primary POC to address the issue. In addition, the selected applicate will monitor and resolve common day to day problems, familiarize themselves with normal errors and resolutions, follow internal operating procedures when machine stoppage or error conditions occur, refer issues to other staff as appropriate. Apply standard operating and/or corrective procedures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School diploma
Final active security clearance and ability to maintain required.
**May start with an Interim Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $31,200.00 - $48,000.00 - $64,800.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
